You're right.

In a normal situation, they'd consider you both to be loose ends. However, a narrative has been concocted about Victor's incompetence and Mister Kennedy's skill and abilities.

Your part in things has been played down to just having brute forced the password. Which I believe is not completely untrue. As for Emily, she's scrapped material. Killing her is a waste of resources and time, when we could be iterating and building better weapons.

All reasonable, wouldn't you say?
